"It arrived later than I thought it would..."
It arrived later than I thought it would, so the wait felt a bit long, long. Not a huge deal, but shipping definitely took longer than expected

"Good subscription, just a little confusing at first"
I’ve had the True Lemon subscription for a few months now, and overall it’s been good. The shipments show up on time, which is great because I never remember to reorder stuff like this. I did get a little confused trying to switch flavors and had to click around for a bit before I figured it out, but it worked in the end. Happy with it overall.

I tried these packets hoping they’d help me drink more water, but the flavor was a little too sharp for me. i also didn’t notice that I felt any more hydrated after using them. shipping was fine and everything arrived okay, but they just weren’t a good fit for me.

"Good, but they never seem to have the flavors I want"
I really do like their stuff, so maybe I’m just unlucky, but it feels like every time I check, half the flavors I actually want are out of stock. I keep coming back hoping they’ll have them, then end up leaving with nothing. It’s getting frustrating.

"Plenty of flavors, mostly really good"
I like that True Lemon has so many flavors to choose from. Obviously not every single one is going to be a favorite, but it’s nice to have options so you’re not drinking the same thing every day. The lemonade flavors are definitely my go-to. I took off one star because a couple of them are a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall I’ve been happy with them

My order showed up with everything in the box exactly like it was supposed to be. I unpacked it at the kitchen table while drinking my morning coffee, there were no surprises or issues at all. Straightforward, which I appreciate.

"I really wanted to like this, but..."
I really wanted to like this, but the flavor was just off for me. It tasted fake and had a bitter aftertaste, not fresh or lemony like I expected. i wish I’d read the reviews first because I probably would’ve skipped it.

"Not quite the lemon flavor I expected"
I was hoping this would taste a bit more like fresh lemon, but to me it comes across kind of artificial. It’s not terrible or anything, and I could see some people liking it, but it just wasn’t the more natural lemon flavor I had in mind.

"Feels overpriced for what you get"
I tried one of these little packets it just didn’t feel worth the price. If this is what the rest are like, I’d say they’re probably too expensive for the amount you get.

"Customer service was a letdown"
Products are fine. No complaints there. But customer service? Not great. Took too long to reply, and when they did, it felt like a copy-paste answer. They solved it eventually. Still annoying. Probably won’t order direct again

"Mixes really easily"
I’ve been mixing this with water and it blends up super quick. No clumps or weird chunks, which is nice because I don’t want to sit there shaking it forever, and honestly.....

"Convenient to Toss in My Bag"
These packets are really handy for keeping in my bag for work or travel. I like having them ready when I need them, but I do wish the flavors were a bit cheaper. Also, the info around the different options could be clearer, it was kind of annoying trying to figure out exactly what I was getting.

"Simple stuff, real lemon taste"
I really like that the ingredients are simple and I can actually understand them. There’s no weird aftertaste for me, just a clean lemon flavor. Def feels better than the super sugary drink mixes I used to use.

"Honestly, no weird aftertaste"
I’m happy with True Lemon. It doesn’t have that fake, sweet aftertaste that usually puts me in a bad mood with drink mixes. It just tastes clean and a little tart, kind of like I squeezed real lemon into my water. I keep some at work because I’m definitely not carrying actual lemons around all day. It’s simple, but it does exactly what I want

My order showed up in good shape, and nothing was crushed or damaged. The box was bigger than it probably needed to be, but everything was clean and dry when I opened it. I just wish the instructions or packing details were a little clearer, since I was expecting a bit more guidance.

"Helps me cut back on soda"
I grabbed these from truelemon.com because I was trying to chill out on drinking so much soda. The packets are super easy to use, taste good, and don’t add a bunch of calories. I keep a few in my bag now so I can toss one in water whenever. Nothing fancy, but it works for me and definitely helps me drink more water.
